How long will my order take ?
At LBS, we take great pride in ensuring all of our work exceeds your expectations! If you need your order expedited, please select option at checkout.
All of our sets are handmade to order. Please allow 7-21 days for your order to ship out. Shipping typically takes 2-4 business days.
What is the return policy ?
At LBS, our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchases. That’s why we created a system for our customers to stay happy and consistent with their purchases.
For Pre-made designed nails purchased without custom sizing are allowed to return the first set purchased with us! Nail Set must be in original condition, before application in order to return n receive a new set with custom sizing from us!
All sales are final for all Accessories, Gold Plated Jewelry Pieces & Nail Sets purchased with custom nail sizing. Returns aren’t available for these items. This will be carefully marked on product pages.
What if my nails don’t fit ?
At LBS, we understand the worry that comes along with ordering nails for the first time! This is why we offer custom sizing kits! In addition to this, we also allow you to return your very first set of nails if they do not fit (as long as they are in the original condition, prior to application) and receive a new set for FREE!
On orders under $45. Additional conditions apply, please contact us for inquiries. Return shipping costs are expected to be covered by customer. (Typically $5-7).
How long do LBS Press Ons last ?
Our nails are built to last! We use polygel as a base before adding any polish. This allows for both flexibility, durability and the ability to reuse every set you purchase from us.
If applied correctly, press-ons can last 3-6 weeks or more and can be reworn to your heart's desire!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
